Good news! We have our 2017 Craft Fair dates! This year our dates are November 30th and December 1st. Stay tuned for more information here about where we'll be and when the application will go online!

What: Annual MIT WGSS Craft Fair

When: Date TBA, 9:00am-5:00pm both days

Where: Koch Center, MIT Bldg 76 - 500 Main St. Cambridge, MA 02142

Who: YOU!

Why: For fun! (and profit!)

Details for Vendors: Enter from Main St. via the front entrance. Use the metered spots out front to park and unload, the closest local garage parking can be found here. There is no overnight storage available in Koch so breakdown is required on Thursday night and setup is required on Friday morning before 8:30am.

Is the fair inside? Yes
How much does it cost? $75 for MIT affiliates, $125 for non MIT affiliates
Can I bring an additional table? No, sorry, there's just no room.
Can I bring a table cloth? A table cloth is included in your booth fee. If you want to drape something over your table, especially if you work in fiber, or hang a sign from your table, that's not a problem.
I need space for a dummy/standing rack/wall to hang my paintings/other item. What do I do? The best thing to do is send us a photo of your usual setup. We want to accommodate as many people as we can in the space. While we can't let you bring another table, we'll do our best to work with you to help you fit everything so all of your items look great.

Can I store stuff and things under my table during the fair? YES, absolutely. The table will be draped to the floor. Overnight storage is not available, but we encourage you to keep back stock, boxes, etc under the table during the fair.
Do I have to attend both days? Yes, or you need to have someone to attend your table for you.
Can I share my table? Yes, BUT:
- You must coordinate with another crafter
- We cannot find someone for you, please have someone in mind to share with
- Payment must be made via one check
